I was helping my son Steven purchase a home. We were very impressed with Gorden’s integrity, ambition, and hustle. Being on a very short time fuse, we met Gorden at an open house, and gave him our constraints, price, size, and school districts. Next day we were viewing selected properties, and placed an offer with two other competing offers. Gorden’s negotiation skills came into play to convince the sellers that although not the highest dollar figure, we were the strongest offer on the table. Steven now has a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with great schools. I was impressed.
